Available Positions at Project Tree
At Project Tree, we recognize that success relies on a diverse and skilled team. We are continually seeking dedicated individuals to join us in various roles. Explore the positions we typically offer:
1. Lead Hand:
Responsibilities: Supervise tree care crews, coordinate work assignments, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements: ISA Certified Arborist certification, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
2. Estimator:
Responsibilities: Assess tree care and preservation needs for clients, provide cost estimates, and assist with project planning.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of arboriculture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create accurate estimates.
3. Arborist:
Responsibilities: Perform tree care tasks, including pruning, removal, disease diagnosis, and pest control.
Requirements: ISA Certified Arborist credential or equivalent certification, arboriculture experience, and physical fitness.
4. Carpenter:
Responsibilities: Construct and install support systems for trees, such as cabling and bracing. Assist in design and build quality wood products.
Requirements: Carpentry experience, knowledge of tree support systems, and attention to detail.
5. Groundsman/Labourer:
Responsibilities: Assist arborists and crew with various tasks, including equipment operation, debris removal, and site cleanup.
Requirements: Physical fitness, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
